Having a history of poor hip joints, I was looking at early surgery to rectify the problem as the muscles surrounding the joints would spasm and make walking virtually impossible. Six months ago I commenced a course of remedial massage therapy with Russell from Movingwell and the results have been excellent. After an initial intensive period of massage I now only require some regular maintenance to keep me going.
